The Suphala Jagruthi Horticulture Producer's Mutually Aided Co-operative and Marketing Society Ltd meeting was well thought-out on 5th of July-2017 at JAGRUTHI Office- SAbbavaram. For this meeting, the Convener, Co-convener and village promoters of Farmer's Club of Sabbavaram and K. Kotapadu mandals of Visakhapatnam District were invited to explain and establish Suphala Jagruthi Horticulture Producer's Mutually Aided Co-operative and Marketing Society Ltd by explaining modalities of FPO.
For this meeting, the Honourable President of JAGRUTHI (NGO) Sri Vijay Kumar garu, the DDM of the NABARD Sri Srinivasa Rao garu, the Asst. Director of Horticulture Dept. Smt. Sailaja garu, the Chairman of ATMA- Visakhapatnam Sri Sankara Rao garu were invited as special guests for this meeting.
The dignitaries and farmers shared their experiences and given their suggestions for advancing the Suphala Jagruthi Horticulture Producer's Mutually Aided Co-operative and Marketing Society Ltd - in mere future. The Bank Account was opened in the name of Suphala Jagruthi FPO by taken the consent of the farmers who have attended the meeting. The meeting was given more focus on to collect the share capital amount of Rs. 50 Lakh Rupees to expand its services to the farmers. The dignitaries were given assurance about their assistance to be given/ enhanced in functioning of Suphala Jagruthi Horticulture Producer's Mutually Aided Co-operative and Marketing Society Ltd Sabbavaram. The Directors of the MACTS Directors were agreed to provide shelter for Suphala Jagruthi Horticulture Producer's Mutually Aided Co-operative and Marketing Society Ltd to function its activities through the JAGRUTHI MACTS Office - Sabbavaram until it reaches financial sustainability.
