Besides the Advisory Council, it has a 9- member experienced Board that guide and govern management of the JAGRUTHI. Membership to the Board is not based on share ownership but on the skills, experience, commitment and value that they have to offer to steer forward the vision and mission of the organization. Further, these Board members enjoy the confidence of members as they are elected / replaced by the members at the AGM. The executive management is vested in MANAGING DIRECTOR and staff, which functions under the general supervision and control of the Board.

Being mandal head quarter the big rural agri- business place for surrounding the rural area. it has huge floating population, and has opened up numerous business opportunities to the local population.. They pursue a range of business activities to cater to the needs of the surrounding rural areas as well. Though the opportunities are plenty, investment is scarce.
